Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch
- Same day dispatch on in-stock items.
- Orders for in-stock items placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times
- Delivery across Australia: 2–5 business days.
- Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Transit times are estimates and may be subject to short delays due to carrier events or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
- When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier details (this may take up to 48 hours after dispatch).
- If you cannot find your tracking number, contact us at sales@totalpetsupplies.com.au with your full name, mailing address, and order confirmation number and we will assist.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact our support team and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
- Please contact support as soon as possible and include photos of any damaged items and your order details.
Returns & refunds
- If you are not satisfied with a delivered product, you may return it for a full refund or request a replacement according to our Returns Policy (link to Returns page).
- Refunds are not provided for promotional or free items. Replacements may be supplied for free items that are lost or damaged in transit; replacements will be sent within 7 days after we confirm the free item was received damaged.
